  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

Ya know, I'm sure there are folks out there who vote with their bank accounts, but has it occured to anyone that some, perhaps a majority, of people opposed to legalization have a sincerely held (even if misguided) belief that Marijuana should not be legalized?

Instead of demonizing them for their beliefs you'd probably get farther along trying to educate them, and engage in a sincere debate.

What is scary is a bunch of drug crazed psychopaths who will pop a cap in your ass for enforcing a longstanding and well tested law. If you are willing to kill another man to posses/use an illegal drug you are an enemy to humanity.

I was able to try them this weekend. They are a nice "after dinner" edible. One cookie had me in the zone all evening last night and I fell right to sleep when we went to bed. ( about 4-5 hrs ) You wouldn't want to eat two of them and an inexperienced person should start with a quarter or no more than a half a cookie.
They also didn't have much of a cannabis taste either and that's a good thing.
I've been purchasing those Kiva bars that are made with hash and they're still my favorite but they aren't cheap. Even with buying the cannabutter and what else we needed to make the cookies, they came out to about a dollar apiece. Pretty good deal as the same amount of thc in a Kiva bar would cost about $10. I'll definately make some more at that price.

Randy, it's harder to get reform in Texas because you don't have a voter initiative process that many other states have . You have to rely on legislation.... and the problem is that lawmakers are gutless to do the right thing. You can still get involved and the more voices that are heard, the better. There's reform trying to happen in Texas right now.

"For the first time ever, there is comprehensive medical marijuana legislation in Texas and a hearing could happen as early as this month. Stand with seriously ill Texans and urge your legislators to approve safe and legal access to medical marijuana. The Drug Policy Alliance has created a great tool that helps you send a message to your Texas Senator and Representative. Below is the message – you can personalize your letter and send it at this link here:"

    Support HB 3785/SB 1839

Every year, thousands of Texans are diagnosed with cancer, seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, PTSD, and other debilitating illnesses. The suffering that these patients experience is devastating for them and their families.

HB 3785/SB 1839 would allow patients the freedom to access the medicine that can best alleviate their suffering. The proposed bills would create a system in which individuals with qualifying medical conditions receive licenses allowing them to possess limited amounts of medical marijuana if their doctors recommend it. It would also establish a tightly regulated system of licensed marijuana cultivators, processors, and dispensaries to qualified applicants.

The law currently does not reflect marijuana’s legitimate medical use and denies access to patients, such as veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder and patients suffering from cancer. By continuing to deny access to patients, we limit the rights of families to seek the best possible treatment for conditions that do not respond to other drugs or therapies.

Three out of four Texans (77%) think seriously ill people should have the right to use marijuana for medical purposes, according to a University of Texas/Texas Tribune poll released in February 2014, and across the country, twenty-three states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. territory of Guam have passed laws that allow people with qualifying conditions to access medical marijuana if their doctors recommend it.

Please support this legislation so that thousands of severely ill Texans, including veterans, could access the medicine they need to lead a life free of suffering.

    Sincerely,
    [Your Name]
    [Your Address]
    [City, State ZIP]

No we need more black market drug violence so we can justify the militarized police. We all know prohibition always works out great and the law is the reason people dont do dope.

I say either make all drug possession an on site executable offense or make them all 100% legal..This current prohibition drug war bullshit system is a total failure.

[QUtrueE="anotheruser1, post: 6462692, member: 345238"]The people should be allowed to have a home that is off limits to the government. What i mean by that is no matter what your drug of choice is and how fucked up you get as long as two rules are followed the government should not be allowed to touch anyone so as long as 1. that person uses the drug inside their home and does not come out of their home while under any influence of that drug. 2. The person getting high should do no harm to an innocent party. Meaning they are responsible for making sure their smoke or whatever doesn't interfere with anyone else including inside their home, making sure no one but them gets high.

I believe this is something people could live with and comply with. So as long as the people of America have no ownership and no say in what goes on inside their homes drugs and anything else the government can make money on will always be illegal. The government considers all persons, property and their homes property of the united states government. This is why they have absolutely no problem with totally destroying a persons home and refusing to pay for any damages over a simple joint because they consider the house government property and have no duty to make repairs. This happened in New York a couple months ago.

The old saying a man's home is his castle is null and void in America as castles are strictly forbidden, and proving once again that America is in no shape form or fashion a free country[/QUOTE]
So true Americans need to wake up and FIRE every politician every 2 years or so
How you may ask? Simple vote for a new representatives or senator every time
New blood in Washington might show those idiots in congress that they work for us.
